About Me...

Hi, I'm Cathy Doner, thanks for stopping by. Until September 2018, I held numerous positions in banking for (lots of) years and loved it. With more time needed for elder family care and finding myself in the midst of a sudden job department realignment, this career banker decided to “take the n out of banker” and listen to what I’d been hearing for years... hey, you should start your own cookie business. I love creating confections that make people happy. My passion is uncontained. Not only do I enjoy baking, but meeting and interacting with all and celebrating life. It’s all about sharing each others’ gifts. In addition to baking, I love music, friends, nature, enthusiasm and being in my church choir. But at the heart of it all is my love for God who gives me strength, joy and compassion.

My home kitchen, where all the magic takes place, is a licensed State of CT Cottage Food Operation, Lic #0000080.

Beginning October 2023, I'll be teaching a monthly cookie decorating class at Powder Hollow Brewery in Enfield, CT. No experience necessary and we have LOTS of fun (just sayin')
